KEY Management

The master administrator for each customer (tenant)Product License KEYThis is the menu for issuing and managing. Basic Screen Composition

Master Administrator Guide's구독The screen consists of two tabs.

• Subscription Tab: Manages subscription additions, conversions, and cancellations by tenant.
• KEY Management Tab: Issues, queries, and revokes product license keys by customer. (Described in this document)

구독 > KEY 관리When you click the tab, the screen displaying the issued KEY list will open.

⚠️ The KEY management tab can only be accessed, issued, and revoked by the highest master administrator (SCMASTER). It is not exposed to other administrator levels.

KEY Management List

This is a list that allows you to easily check the issued KEY by customer company.

column	Description
company	Name of the customer (tenant) that issued the KEY
Product	Issued products (e.g.: SDF)
Subscription Status	Current status of the KEY (Valid / Expired / Inactive)
Subscription Period	Usage period of the KEYYYYY.MM.DD ~ YYYY.MM.DD
Issued Date	Date the master issued the KEY
Registration Date	The date when the customer registered the KEY in the product console (if not registered,미등록)

Subscription status value

• valid: This is a KEY that operates normally within the current usage period.
• expiration: This KEY is no longer valid as the usage period has expired.
• inactive: This is a KEY whose start date has not yet arrived. It is a pre-issued key with a future start date, and it will automatically유효is converted to.

💡 The list only shows clients for whom the KEY has been issued normally. Clients who have not yet been issued will not appear.

License KEY issuance

A new product license KEY will be issued for each customer.

Prerequisites

• The target customer (tenant) must already be created.
• to be issued to the customerProduct subscription is activeIt must be in a status to be displayed in the issuance target list.

⚠️ A company (tenant) without a subscription for the corresponding product cannot be issued a KEY.

How to use

1. KEY 관리Top of the tab[라이선스 KEY 발급]Click the button.
2. companySelect. (Only customer companies with an active subscription for the product you want to issue will be displayed.)
3. ProductSelect. The input fields will vary depending on the selected product. (Currently supported: SDF)
4. Enter the items that match the selected product. → Below제품별 설정 항목Reference
5. Subscription PeriodSelect the start date and expiration date.
6. [KEY 발급]Click the button.

💡 If you set the start date to a future date, the KEY status will be미활성It will be issued. It is used when issued in advance according to the contract start date, and when the start date arrives, it will automatically유효is converted to.

⚠️ The issuance will be blocked in the following cases, and the reasons will be provided.

• When the start date is after the expiration date
• When the quantity item is less than 1
• When targeting unregistered companies

Product-specific settings

The input fields will vary depending on the product selected at the time of issuance. Common fields areCompany · Product · Subscription Period(from start date to end date), and other quantity items vary by product.

When selecting SDF

💡 When additional products are added, the settings options suitable for the selected product will be displayed here.

Issuance completed and KEY delivery

Once the issuance is complete라이선스 KEY 발급 완료The screen will be displayed.

• [키 복사]When you click the icon, the KEY is copied to the clipboard, and the icon shows a check mark (복사됨) changes to.
• Target company · product · quantity · subscription period ofContract SummaryThis will be displayed together.
• [확인]When you click the button, the completion screen will close, and the new KEY will be reflected in the KEY management list.

⚠️ **The issued KEY can only be checked once initially.**Once you close the completion screen, it will not be displayed again, so be sure to[키 복사]Copy it and store it in a safe place, then deliver it to the customer.

After KEY delivery: The client administrator directly registers and activates the received KEY in the customer console of the corresponding product. Registration and activation are not within the scope of this menu.

KEY Details Confirmation

When you click on a row in the list, the detailed information of the corresponding customer's KEY will open in the right drawer.

• Contract details (quantity items by product), subscription period,Subscription Status, Issued Date, Registration DateYou can check.
• The registration date will be displayed when the customer company registers the KEY in the product console. If it is not registered yet,미등록appears.

⚠️ For security**The plain text KEY string will not be displayed again on the detail screen.**KEY verification can only be done once on the issuance completion screen.

KEY Disposal

Disposing of the issued KEY.

How to use

1. Click on the target customer row in the list to open the detailed drawer.
2. [KEY 폐기]Click the button.
3. in the confirmation dialog[폐기]Click.

⚠️ The discarded KEY is**Cannot be restored, and the company immediately restricts the use of the product.**It is possible. Proceed with caution.

💡 KEY deletion can only be performed by the highest master administrator (SCMASTER).

📌 Currently, only the feature to discard the KEY from the list is provided.**SDF revoke integration API is not yet provided, so formal revocation processing such as displaying the revocation status is planned to be added later.**is. (If additional supported products are added, the disposal processing for each product will also be reflected.)
