KEY Management

The master administrator for each customer (tenant)Product License KEYThis is the menu for issuing and managing. Basic Screen Configuration

Master Administrator Guide's구독The screen consists of two tabs.

• Subscription Tab: Manages subscription additions, transitions, and cancellations by tenant.
• KEY Management Tab: Issues, queries, and revokes product license keys by customer. (Described in this document)

⚠️ The KEY management tab can only be accessed, issued, and revoked by the highest master administrator (SCMASTER). It is not exposed to other administrator levels.

KEY Management List

This is a list that allows you to easily check the issued KEY by customer company.

Subscription status value

• valid: This is a KEY that operates normally within the current usage period.
• expiration: The KEY is no longer valid as the usage period has expired.
• inactive: This is a KEY whose start date has not yet arrived. It is a pre-issued key with a future start date, and it will automatically activate when the start date arrives.유효will be converted to.
• Disposal: The master administrator has revoked the KEY. Even if there is an expiration date remaining, the customer cannot use the product.

💡 The list only displays clients for whom the KEY has been issued normally. Clients who have not yet been issued will not appear.

💡 The discarded KEY also does not disappear from the list and폐기It will continue to be displayed in the state.

💡 Compliance Studio is tailored for each client.Most recently issued KEY 1 itemThis list is displayed. License KEY issuance

A new product license KEY will be issued for each customer.

Prerequisites

• The target customer (tenant) must already be created.
• to be issued to the customerProduct subscription is activeIt must be in a status to be displayed in the issuance target list.

⚠️ A company (tenant) without a subscription for the product cannot be issued a KEY.

How to use

1. KEY 관리Top of the tab[라이선스 KEY 발급]Click the button.
2. companySelect. (Only customer companies with an active subscription for the product you want to issue will be displayed.)
3. ProductSelect. The input fields and company list will vary depending on the selected product. (Support: SDF, Compliance Studio)
4. Enter the items that match the selected product. → Below제품별 설정 항목Reference
5. Subscription PeriodSelect the start date and expiration date.
6. [KEY 발급]Click the button.

💡 If you set the start date to a future date, the KEY status will be미활성is issued. It is used when issued in advance to match the contract start date, and when the start date arrives, it automatically유효will be converted to.

💡 Customers who have discarded the KEY will still be displayed in the issuance target list, so a new KEY can be issued immediately after discarding.

⚠️ In the following cases, issuance will be blocked and the reason will be provided.

• When the start date is after the expiration date
• When the quantity item is less than 1 (SDF)
• When targeting unregistered companies
• If the expiration date is before today, or if the subscription period exceeds 3650 days (Compliance Studio)
• When the company name exceeds 50 characters (Compliance Studio)

Product-specific settings

The input fields will vary depending on the product selected at the time of issuance. Common fields areCompany · Product · Subscription Period(start date ~ end date), and other quantity items vary by product.

When selecting SDF

💡 The customer company name contained in the KEY is not entered separately, and the selected company name is entered as is. If the company name exceeds 50 characters, it will appear below the company selection field.회사명이 50자를 넘어 라이선스 KEY를 발급할 수 없습니다.The guide is displayed and cannot be issued.

💡 Compliance Studio is only displayed in the product list in environments that have been enabled in the settings.

Issuance completed and KEY delivery

Once the issuance is complete,라이선스 KEY 발급 완료The screen will be displayed.

⚠️ **The issued KEY can only be checked once initially.**If you close the completion screen, it will not be displayed again, so be sure to[키 복사]Copy it and store it in a safe place, then deliver it to the customer.

After KEY delivery: The client administrator directly registers and activates the received KEY in the customer console of the corresponding product. Registration and activation are not within the scope of this menu.

KEY Details Confirmation

When you click a row in the list, the detailed information of the corresponding client's KEY will open in the right drawer.

• Contract details (quantity items by product), subscription period,Subscription Status, Issued Date, Registration DateYou can check.
• The registration date will be displayed when the customer company registers the KEY in the product console. If it is not registered yet,미등록appears as.

⚠️ For security reasons**The plain text KEY string will not be displayed again on the detail screen.**KEY confirmation is only possible once on the issuance completion screen.

KEY Disposal

Invalidates the issued KEY. If discarded, the corresponding customer willImmediate product use is blockedand the KEY does not disappear from the list폐기remains in the state.

Disposable KEY

💡 **Compliance Studio allows customers to discard keys that have not yet been registered.**The discarded KEY cannot be registered again with any client company, and if it is a KEY registered with a client company, it will be immediately deleted, stopping the inspection and action execution in Compliance Studio. The reason for disposal must be entered in 1 to 200 characters, and tabs and line breaks cannot be used.

How to use

1. Click on the target customer row in the list to open the detailed drawer.
